My name is Daniela Sedlak, and I’ve been guiding travelers across Slovakia since 1999. What started as a summer job quickly turned into a lifelong passion – and in 2014, it naturally grew into my own travel company. Today, together with my team, we create journeys filled with meaning, soul and those little “wow, we would have never found this on our own” moments.

We don’t believe in standard – catalogue-style tours.

Every trip we design is tailor-made – personal, authentic, and created with care.

I’ve always felt a strong connection to small, community-driven businesses – maybe because that’s exactly what we are at TODAS. When I plan trips for our clients, I don’t just put together itineraries. I piece them together like a mosaic – blending places, flavours, stories and meaningful encounters with people who truly love what they do. Because those are the moments that stay with you.

Mountains are where I feel most at home. Hiking, cycling, being outdoors – that’s my element. But travel, for me, has never been just about the destination. It’s about the feeling you get, the people you meet along the way, and the memories you carry long after you return.

And once a trip starts to take shape, I can’t help but bring it into my own life. I test ideas, create little adventures and set off with my three boys – who don’t always know what’s waiting for them. I do. And that’s part of the magic. In the end, they almost always love it.

Because at the heart of everything I do is one simple thing: family.

At TODAS, I design tailor-made journeys for both families and business clients – and yes, I’ve already helped a few people turn their dream of a round-the-world trip into a perfectly crafted reality.

I’m in love with travel in all its forms – the sea, palm trees, the smell of coffee, a good book, and especially those moments when an idea transforms into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. That’s the part of my job I cherish the most.

I’m not someone who gets stuck on problems – I focus on solutions. I don’t do drama, I take action. And when plan A decides not to cooperate, I switch to plan B faster than you can finish your coffee.

And through it all, my greatest adventure remains life itself – shared with my son and the people I love.

NATÁLIA KOSTYŠÁKOVÁ

My name is Natália, and at TODAS, I make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes – clearly, thoughtfully, and just as it should.

I naturally gravitate towards order and good organization, creating a space where both our team and our clients can feel that everything is under control and well taken care of. But my role doesn’t stop there. I also bring creativity into what we do – shaping our offers into something not only well-structured, but also visually beautiful and a pleasure to explore.

I recharge the most by spending time with my family. We love traveling together and discovering new places, often through hiking and being out in nature. In my free time, I enjoy working out and running – it keeps me balanced, focused, and in a good mindset every day.
